Sonic OC: 'C.L.Over'

Yet another non-patapon OC! *GASP*
I drew this guy after an epiphany after sleep,then spent the rest of the time I should be studying into making him.He appeared in a dream,very Sonic like personality wise,although siding with Eggman,apparently.I can't remember much more.

So yeah,here he is,in all his glory and stats.I wish I didn't suck so much at his transparent parts overlapping 8T.
This is also one of those instances where you just want to throw your scanner through your window.It ate all the royal blue shades that made him look metallic (his head specially) and messed up the "shiny" lighting effect on the folds of the cloth(cloak) he's holding,and here it looks well...messed up.

Prototype name: "Project CLOVER (Chaos Lifeform Overdriver)" nº 1

Nickname: None (as of right now,I can't be helped derp 83 it's up to the characters to decide wether to name him or not.)

Creator: Dr.Ivo Robotnik/Eggman

Height: 140 cm/4ft 7in (aprox. the height of a large pony at the shoulders)

Gender: Genderless,referred as male (as he won't take it well to be called otherwise!)

Model specifications:
-Chaos energy water being in protective mechanical armor.Chaos energy is collected and distributed to power the robotical parts and semi-mechanical brain.Combines weaknesses and strenghts of both mechanical and organic.
-Originally intented to resemble Metal Sonic (a similar model),but the chaos water tail/fins/spikes gave it more shark-like features.
-Retractable laser blades under feet and propulsion motors mounted on the heels,as well as the aerodinamyc design,allow skating at high speeds.
-Although created to be able to grow and transform through use of the Chaos Emeralds,like the original Chaos,the more Chaos Emerald are used the less self control it has,to the point that the power completely overrides any logical thought and the body shifting causes massive physical pain.Form 5 onwards are rendered completely unusable because of this.This led to Eggman to,although sadly,ditch the current design and start designing a new one.

Advantages: Superspeed,improved strenght,unlimited chaos energy supply.Able to use his laser skating blades as a weapon.
Weaknesses: Electrical shocks,freezing (spines and tail specially),sponges ("AAAGHHH THE SPONGE IT'S ABSORVING ME GRAAAAAH OH CHAOS THE PAAAAIIIIN" ).Unable to use Spin Dash (Thanks tail.)

Short Bio: "CLOVER" was created as a prototype for an artificial kind of robot Chaos,that Eggman could use along the Chaos Emerald as a loyal servant to help his army.However,when actually faced with a true battle,"CLOVER"'s transformations turned out defective,giving "CLOVER" physical and mental pain.Eggman took the prototype to his base,to tinker with the design,but before any other changes could be made,an attack on the tyrannical genius's base made the prototype get lost in the debris,along with it's capsule.The doctor,saddened and enraged,resigned to re-start from scratch.Meanwhile,somewhere in a forest,a capsule opened,letting it's inhabitant free to the outside world...

Personality: His partly organic brain gave him the ability to feel (pain,pleasure,anywhere his water body is exposed) and have emotions (happiness,rage,etc).After being "dumped" by his creator,rather than drown in self pity,he learned to develop (is still developing) an upbeat,self-confident (in appearance at least) personality,who although indepent,shows a childish interest in the world and human behavior.

Will often wear a black,worn cloak (stolen from a random house) to disguise himself,but this seldom works unless you're watching from a distance or are right in front of him (since he can lie about his facial visor being actually a kind of sunglasses but from behind his somewhat stiff water tail tends to lift stick out of the cloth).Also,after a while,the cloak will become dampened around his water body parts,so he has to take it off and dissapear from view,then wait up until it dries.
